PERMITS & LISCENSES TO OWN WOODIES

Hey all, how can I find out what permits and liscenses I need to own and sell woodies. I'm in Texas.
Any help would be appreciated.

Owning/purchasing Wood ducks requires that you purchase them from a breeder holding a valid Migratory Sale and Disposal Permit and you receive the form 3-186 from them.............selling your own requires more:
