Does anyone know who is judging the Bath, NY show this year??![]()
Way to go Evy, we love the Bath show, this will be our 3rd year up there . The people who put on the show are top notch, the weather is usually great. The other great thing about that show for us, is that's the show that kicks off our fall show season.

Just an update. We have 1002 birds entered. Entries for waterfowl are impressive this year with 59 geese being shown (a record for us). We have added a fourth judge to help keep the day moving nicely - Bob Powell. We know how folks like to get on the road and home at a reasonable hour.
As usual we expect a great turn out of quality sale birds. If you're not entered why not stop by any way. We have a great chicken barbecue every year and Bob Whitney always guarantees a fun day. Because like he always says if you're not gonna have fun what's the point!
I had Reserve American on a Dominique pullet. That's right, a Dominique & it was a very strong class of 39. No one there ever remembered seeing a Dominique on Champion Row before.
it was a real good Show... We had a wonderful time there and alot of nice sale birds.. I thought there was a Wonderful selection of waterfowl... A real good Turn out....Any thoughts about the waterfowl?
Can anyone give any insight as to why the Fall sale flyer came with a list of rules ? It mentions something at the bottom about problems that have "arisen". I'm just curious.
Evy - was it Don Nelson judging the Calls? They have to be one of the hardest classes to judge not just on quality but the number of quality birds be shown. I was thrilled on how close I came.
Wow. Hope it all worked out in the end.
I clerked for the Bantam ducks at Bath...I thought it was a pretty nice class.
I attended the Bath show for my first time and had a good time. I think that the show was great because of the good club members that made a stranger feel welcome. I will consider going there again even though it was a 13 hr drive.
