Default Help for a show secretary

Does anyone know if there are any programs (windows based) for show record keeping ie. Setting up the class sheets, coup tags etc. ? I belong to the American racing pigeon union and they have developed one program for everyone. The program is the same for all of the clubs, so everything looks the same for all clubs. Most clubs opt to purchase this program. I am not sure if something like this exists in the poultry world, but it seems that it would make the job of the ABA,or APA people much easier.

Default Show Secretary for Windows

Here is the link for the Show Secretary for Windows program that I use. It can be used for poultry or pigeons. They have a demo that you can download on the website. They also periodically send out electronic updates for the program as needed.

Hope it helps,

I use Show Secretary too, and like it (for the most part) a lot. The only complaint I have is that I can't print cage tags directly, but must print out to stickers and then put those on the cage tags.

It's not the most intuitive program I've ever used (and I've done my share of work with software over the years), but it beats doing it all by hand!

I too use show secretary. I like it because it is a true database (as opposed to the spreadsheet many use) but it's ability to print out coop tags is severely lacking. I do a mail merge to create coop tags, which is a bit more complicated than it should be. Makes it hard to delegate the job to another volunteer.

There is a new program in the developmental stages designed by a Show Poultry Person that will very easy to use and more feature laden than what's out there. I will post the info once I have it.
